 *Made-to-Order Process

All products in the KYOTO LUXURY HOME DECOR line are carefully made-to-order by skilled Japanese craftsmen.

* Handling & Shipping Time

Orders are generally shipped within approximately 2 weeks. Please note that delivery may take longer depending on the current volume of orders. Once completed, your order will be shipped internationally from Kyoto, Japan. We will provide a tracking number via email as soon as your order is shipped. You can select your preferred shipping method from the option menu on each product page:

 *Standard Shipping (Free for a Limited Time):

Shipped via International Air Packet. Delivered directly to your mailbox (tracking included). Delivery takes approx. 7 to 21 days after shipment.

(For US customers, shipments under $800 are generally duty-free and will arrive smoothly in your mailbox without extra charges.)

(For EU/UK customers, due to local tax regulations, you may receive a notification to pay VAT and collect your package at your local post office instead of direct mailbox delivery.)

 *Express Shipping (+3,000 JPY):

Shipped via EMS. Delivered by hand with signature required with top priority speed (tracking included). Delivery takes approx. 5 to 15 days after shipment.

 Import Duties, Taxes, and Customs

Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes (such as VAT or GST), and customs clearance fees levied once the shipment reaches your destination country. These additional charges are not included in the product price, and must be paid by the recipient. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information.

 受注生産について

KYOTO LUXURY HOME DECORラインの製品は、すべて日本の熟練した職人が一つひとつ丁寧にお作りする受注生産品です。

 納期および配送方法について

通常、オーダーをいただいてから2週間をめどに発送いたします。ただし、現在のオーダー状況（注文の混雑具合）により、通常よりお時間がかかる場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。

製品は完成後、京都より国際便にて発送いたします。商品の出荷が完了しましたら、追跡番号をメールにてお知らせいたします。各商品ページの選択欄（プルダウン）より、ご希望の配送方法をお選びいただけます。

 通常配送（期間限定無料）：

国際エアパケットでの発送となります。お届け先国のポストへの投函配達となります（追跡番号付き／お届け目安：発送後 約7〜21日）。

※アメリカ宛ての場合、総額800米ドル未満のお買い物には原則として関税・諸税はかかりませんので、追加料金なしでそのままスムーズに郵便受けに届きます。

※EU・イギリス宛てのお荷物の場合、現地の税法により郵便受けへの直接投函とならず、地元の郵便局等で消費税（VAT）をお支払いの上、お荷物を引き取っていただくための通知書が届く場合がございますので予めご了承ください。

 速達配送（一律 ＋3,000円）：

EMSでの発送となります。最優先スピードで対面手渡し（サイン必要）にてお届けいたします（追跡番号付き／お届け目安：発送後 約5〜15日）。

 関税および諸税について

日本国外への発送の場合、お届け先の国にて関税、消費税（VAT、GSTなど）、および通関手数料が発生する場合がございます。これらの追加費用は商品代金には含まれておらず、すべてお客様（受取人様）のご負担となります。関税の規定は国によって大きく異なりますので、詳細はお近くの税関へお問い合わせください。
